Hope everyone is having a great start of the week ready for it to be the weekend. I know I am. Lol.
I am a little late posting this considering this was last week. -_- When I heard there is a National Pink Day I am like HOLLA! I love pink because it is a color that makes me feel at my girliest. I tend to look more up to things because everything is rosy with colored glasses of pink. When it is October, I wear the hell out of pink. But at the same time when it comes to makeup I am like ohhhhh….. man it is still my love/hate relationship. I blame Candy Yum Yum from MAC because I am one of the few people that hate that shade. -_-
I do like fuchsia style pinks because I think it works better with my skin tone. But I have been eyeing Posie K from Kylie’s Lip Kit and wanted to use that shade to inspire me on a pinkish nude take.
I told myself this summer, I wanted to start my filming make up videos on YouTube. So I finally created my first YouTube video with the National Pink Day look. I want to learn and grow with makeup and excited to finally have the time to accomplish this goal. I downloaded Wondershare Filmora to edit the video and was able to learn quickly how to edit it. I originally had Fifth Harmony “Work from Home” as my music but YouTube or my Facebook wouldn’t let me download it because of copyright laws. 😒😒😔😐😣 I was extremely annoyed but learned about royalty free music that can be used in YouTube videos so I had to swap it out with those. If you follow me on Instagram, I have a clip of the tutorial with my original music on there. Please be sure to check out National Pink Day MOTD on my youtube channel.

Thoughts on this:👄👯
I call this the workable pink. I feel if I can do looks like this, I can less hate pink makeup and love it more than ever. Creating the look was easy but putting the video together is where the serious work happens. I can see how it takes forever for movie editors to edit movies. I applaud the YouTubers that do this on a regular basis and appreciate their craft and process. This takes a lot of patience and you want the outcome to be to your standards. I am happy with the reward of creating this video and still have more to research and learn from the other YouTube gurus. I am ready to do another one but now that I know the rules with YouTube and copyright music I wont over stress myself out like I did with this video. Great learning lesson for growth.
Have a lovely Tuesday Listas, God bless and stay tuned for the next look!
